Who receives data

• Couriers (Econt Express, Speedy) — only for delivery.
• Brevo (France, EU) — sending order emails.
• Cloudflare — website hosting; processes technical data (IP address) for security.

How long we keep data

Order data — up to 10 years, as required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act. Contact form messages — up to 1 year.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us by the email or phone above to exercise them. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
