Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between the trader named below and customers of the suviniri.bg online shop. By placing an order the customer accepts these terms. The Bulgarian version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Orders and contract

1.1. Orders can be placed through the cart on the site, by phone or by email. 1.2. After an order we call the customer to confirm it. The contract is concluded on confirmation. 1.3. If an item is unavailable we will inform the customer and offer an alternative or cancellation without obligation.

2. Prices and payment

2.1. Prices are in euro (€) and include all taxes. The delivery price is shown separately before the order is sent. 2.2. Payment is made cash on delivery or by another method shown at checkout. 2.3. A receipt or, on request, an invoice is issued for every order.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is made by Econt or Speedy couriers to an office or an address in Bulgaria. 3.2. Times and prices are listed on Delivery & payment. 3.3. The customer may inspect the parcel before paying.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal

4.1. The right of withdrawal under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (14 days from delivery) applies to the extent required by law. Notice can be given by phone, email or with the form below. 4.2. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the notice. Return costs are paid by the customer.

5. Complaints and guarantee

5.1. All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. 5.2. Complaints can be made by phone or email. We respond within 14 days and resolve them within one month. 5.3. Natural materials (horn, wood, leather) have unique patterns and colour; differences from photos are not a defect.

6. Personal data

We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes

Customers may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). Bulgarian law applies.
